Up to 1,700 new housing units will be delivered in the near future, after a major housing plan was approved today.
As part of the initiative, 827 private units, 551 social housing units, and 330 affordable units will be built across three separate sites in Dublin: O’Devaney Gardens, Oscar Traynor Road, and St Michael’s Estate.
The plan was approved by all major political parties.
