If you are looking for a fun way to say goodbye to 2015, the New Year’s Fest (NYF) will give you plenty of choices.
The main attraction will be the NYF Countdown Concert, at the Three Arena, freaturing The Coronas, with special guests Fat Boy Slim, Kila, Ryan Sheridan and little hours. “We are delighted to headline this amazing event, and ring in the new year in our hometown”, said Danny O’Reilly, frontman of The Coronas.
Beside the concert, the Music and Arts Trail accross the city will also be filled with live music in amazing and iconic Dublin’s settings.
The NYF will cover three days, from December 30 to January 1st, and activities will include the Luminosity Festival (30/12) with 3D light projections, the Spoken Word Festival (30/12), the NYF Street Fest (31/12), the Procession of Light (31/12), Resolution Day (01/01) and New Year’s Day 5K Run (01/12).
During the Procession of Light, there will be an attempt to break a World Record for the largest bodhrán session. The event will also help raise funds for Focur Ireland.
