A man aged in his 50s has been killed in a road traffic accident on the N24 in Tipperary near Clommel.
Unbelievably, it’s the second fatal crash on the same road since Monday when a man in his 20s was killed when his car collided with a lorry.
This crash saw two cars collide. The man in the other car is said to have sustained minor injuries.
Gardai have appealed for witnesses to contact them on the Confidential Line on 1800-66-61-11.
