Gardai in Co Kilkenny have said that a man aged in his 50s has been seriously injured following a road traffic collision.
It is understood that the man was injured following a collision between a motorcycle and a van on the R448 near Gowran, at approximately 11:15am on Sunday morning.
Gardai say the injured man was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
