A man in his sixties has passed away after a quad bike incident in County Mayo, reports RTE.
The individual was riding the bike on farmland in Tavrane, close to Kilkelly, when it flipped over and trapped him beneath it yesterday evening.
His remains have been taken to Mayo University Hospital, where a post-mortem examination will be carried out, reports RTE.
The Mayo coroner has been informed, and an inquest into the cause of death will be held at a later date.
