An elderly man aged in his 70s has sustained serious injuries after being struck by a coach in Dublin on Thursday.
It is understood the man was injured after he was hit by the coach on Eden Quay at the junction for Marlborough Street at approximately 1.40pm on Thursday afternoon.
Gardaí say the man has been taken to the Mater Hospital where he is currently being treated for serious injuries.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
