Gardai in Co Tipperary have sadly confirmed that a man aged in his 80s has died following a road traffic collision.
It is understood the man was killed after the car he was travelling in collided with a tree at Loughlin’s Bridge, in Clogheen.
Gardai say the mam was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
They added that an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
