
A man has appeared in court accused of trespassing and attempting to steal a motor vehicle after being arrested near Buckingham Palace, reports Breaking News.
Awad Mustafa, 25, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Saturday in the Royal Mews grounds next to the palace following reports that a man had been seen climbing a wall.
During the same incident, he was also charged with attempting to steal a motor vehicle from equestrian stables, reports Breaking News.
Mustafa pleaded no contest and was refused bail during a short hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
He will appear before the same court on September 25, reports Breaking News.
