A 32-yr-old man has been arrested after being accused of assaulting a woman in Arklow, Wicklow County over the weekend.
RTE report that Daniel Murtagh, who has an address in Melrose Grove, Clondalkin, has been charged at Wicklow Garda Station under Section 4 of the Non-Fatal Personal Crime Act.
Bray District Court judge David Kennedy refused to release him on bail and ordered Murtagh to appear before the Cloverhill District Court on December 19.
