Gardaí in Co Kilkenny have sadly confirmed that a man has died in a farming accident on Friday.
It is understood the man was tragically killed after he got caught under the contents he was unloading at a farm in Belview Point.
Gardaí say the man was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the accident occurred at approximately 4:30pm.
They added that the Health and Safety Authority have been notified about the incident and an investigation is currently ongoing.
