There are reports this afternoon of a man in his early 40s sustaining gunshot wounds in a shooting incident in Dublin.
It is understood the incident happened in the Greenhills Road area of Walkinstown at around 11.35am this morning.
The man was taken to Tallaght Hospital, where his condition is unknown at this time.
