A man, who is understood to be in his late 50s, was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in a Kilkenny shopping centre this afternoon.
The incident happened at the Market Cross Shopping Centre in Kilkenny, at around 2.30pm earlier today.
A man in his 30s was arrested in connection with the incident.
The victim’s status has not been made public.
