Police in the UK have revealed that a man who was wanted on recall to prison has decided to hand himself in so he can get some peace and quiet.
In a rather bizarre story, Burgess Hill police station revealed that the man decided to hand himself in on this week saying he’d rather go back to prison than spend more time with the people he is living with.
According to Sky News a tweet from the Sussex Police Twitter account stated that all the man wanted was some peace and quiet.
The tweet reads as follows: “Peace and quiet! Wanted male handed himself in to the team yesterday afternoon after informing us he would rather go back to prison than have to spend more time with the people he was living with!
“One in custody and heading back to prison to serve some further time on his own.”
