A man has been sentenced to 30 days in prison after he filmed himself licking an ice cream and putting it back in to a freezer.
According to NBC News, the man D’Aidren Anderson was given a two year probation sentence for carrying out the stunt in Texas, last August.
It is understood the stunt which went viral on social media prompted a series of stunts in its aftermath.
Anderson pleaded guilty to misdemeanour criminal mischief was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $1,565 to the ice cream company involved.
