In relation to a woman’s death in Magherafelt, County Derry, a man has been taken into custody, reports RTE.
The woman, who was in her 50s, was discovered unconscious at her house in the town’s Ashgrove Park neighbourhood yesterday afternoon, the PSNI said in a statement after it received a complaint.
At the scene, she was pronounced deceased, reports RTE.
In relation to the inquiry, a man in his 40s was detained and is now being held in jail to help with enquiries.
