Thousands of people saw their travel plans disrupted over the past 24 hours, after an IT systems failure caused major delays at Manchester Airport.
The problem affected mostly Terminals 1 and 2, leaving many stranded.
Though it’s believed the problem has now been resolved, local airport authorities say that it will take several hours for the airport to resume normal operations.
