Met Eireann has confirmed temperatures of 23-24C for the coming weekend, with little in the way of rain during Saturday and Sunday.
According to the national forecaster, weather conditions will gradually improve throughout Friday, leading to a mostly dry and mild weekend.
Meanwhile, a weather warning for heavy rain is in place until midnight for Co. Donegal.
