Met Eireann has confirmed that there will be little rain over the coming days, but temperatures are set to take a tumble this weekend.
According to the national forecaster, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be mostly dry and dull days, with daytime temperatures reaching 11-12C at best.
The current outlook for the weekend is for light rain at times, with daytime temperatures remaining in single digits, sinking to lows of -3C after dark.
