Met Eireann is today forecasting a 10-day period of warm temperatures and settled weather.
According to the national forecaster, a mass of warm air will move in over Ireland over the next few hours. Starting tomorrow, Thursday, the weather is set to improve significantly, with temperatures climbing to the late 20s at times.
Met Eireann says that high pressure will dominate weather patterns for some time, so there will be little in the way of rain.
