Met Eireann is today forecasting cooler temperatures and rain from tomorrow (Thursday), with highest daytime temperatures of just 14-15C.
According to the national forecaster, the brief mild spell of the past couple of days will come to an end by tomorrow, with more unsettled conditions expected for the second half of the week.
The current outlook for the weekend is for a mix of rain and sunshine, with temperatures climbing to 18C at times.
