Met Eireann is forecasting miserable weather over the coming weekend, with heavy rainfall predicted.
According to the national forecaster, tomorrow, Friday, will be a mostly dry day, with some showers overnight, mostly across Connacht and Ulster. These two provinces will see the worst of the weather on Saturday, with the rest of the country remaining drier overall.
Sunday will fare no better, with heavy downpours forecast for eastern regions.
The only good news is that daytime temperatures will remain relatively mild throughout the weekend, hitting 17C at times.
