Met Eireann has just issued a 24h, nationwide Status Yellow thunderstorm warning.
The warning will be in place from 3pm on Sunday until 3pm on Monday.
According to the national forecaster, stormy conditions will develop across many areas of the country amidst high temperatures of up to 30C.
