Met Eireann has issued a dire forecast for the weekend, with heavy showers, thunderstorms, and strong winds predicted.
According to the national forecaster, Ireland will experience very unsettled weather throughout the weekend, though temperatures will remain relatively mild, climbing to 23C at times.
The bad news is that the weather is unlikely to improve until at least Wednesday of next week.
