The national forecaster has issued a rainfall warning for heavy rain affecting 14 counties.
The warning covers all of Munster, plus counties Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Wexford, Wicklow, Offaly, and Galway.
Met Eireann says that up to 40mm of rain might fall across many areas in these counties.
The warning will be in place from 2am tonight to noon on Monday.
