Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow warning for strong winds affecting four counties.
The warning, which affects counties Clare, Cork, Kerry, and Galway, will be in place from 1pm to 7pm on Wednesday.
According to the national forecaster, many areas around these counties will experience windspeeds of up to 110km/h.
