Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow weather warning for strong winds as Storm Barra approaches.
According to the national forecaster, Ireland is in for a few days of miserable weather, with strong winds and heavy rain in store.
The warning kicks in at 6am on Tuesday, and will remain in effect until Wednesday.
