Met Eireann is predicting a cold and changeable weekend ahead, with heavy rain, freezing temperatures, and some bright spells in the cards.
According to the national forecaster, Friday will be rather wet, with temperatures staying in single digits during the day and plummeting to freezing overnight.
Saturday is forecast to be a cold but mostly bright day, with some showers, mostly around western areas. Temperatures will again remain in single digits and dip below freezing at times during the night.
Sunday is predicted to start off dry and bright before showers move in towards the afternoon.
