Met Eireann is predicting a wet and cloudy start for St. Patrick’s Day, with weather conditions improving later in the day.
According to the national forecaster, rain showers will move eastwards throughout the morning, with drier conditions developing by the afternoon. Thursday night is expected to be mostly dry but rather cold, with lows of -2C likely.
Friday will see a big change in the weather, with bright conditions and temperatures soaring to 15C.
