Met Eireann is predicting temperatures of up to 24C and good spells of sunshine across many areas today, with settled weather likely to last through next week.
According to the national forecaster, Sunday is also likely to be rather sunny, with good sunny spells throughout the day, and temperatures topping 20C.
The current forecast is for calm and settled weather for most of the coming week, with daytime temperatures ranging between 15C-20C.
