Met Eireann says that high pressure might dominate weather patterns after Easter, bringing settled conditions and temperatures of 18-19C.

According to the national forecaster, the weather during the last days of March and into early April looks very unsettled due to low pressure.

But current forecasts point to a marked improvement in the weather in the week of April 7-13, though this is still uncertain.
