Met Eireann is today saying that temperatures will reach 17C across the country on Good Friday, but plenty rain in store too.
According to the national forecaster, today is expected to be a rather mild and humid day, with scattered showers around the country.
Saturday is forecast to be the best day of the Easter weekend, with a mostly dry and bright morning, though rain showers will develop by afternoon around western areas. The east is likely to remain mostly dry.
Sunday is expected to start off rather wet, with temperatures reaching 14-15C, though the rain will die down as the day goes on.
Monday’s not looking great at the moment, as very unsettled weather is expected, bringing the usual mix of rain and sunny spells, with temperatures barely reaching double digits.
