The weather has taken a decisively turn for the worst this week. Temperatures plummeted to below zero this weekend in many places.
Parts of Donegal, Derry and even Dublin received light showers of snow on Friday night.
Temperatures started dropping to -3 from 6pm this evening and will remain at that level until morning.
Lunchtime will see a rise in temperatures with accompanied by showers. The outlook for week is quite good with temperatures expected to rise until Friday.
