Met Eireann is today warning of miserable weather for the next few days, with heavy rain and cold temperatures in store for the week.
Today, Monday, started off rather damp in dull in most places. It’ll be a relatively mild afternoon though, with temperatures reaching 14C in some areas.
Tuesday will remain relatively mild (for the time of year), with heavy rain spreading eastwards throughout Tuesday night. Western areas are likely to see the worst of it.
Wednesday is expected to be bright but showery, with daytime temperatures reaching 10C at best. Wednesday night will remain quite wet, with temperatures dipping to about 1-2C.a very unsettled days, with frequent outbreaks of rain.
The outlook is for very wet and changeable weather to remain for the entire week.
