Met Eireann is today warning of poor weather conditions over the next few days, with plenty rain and below average temperatures in store.
According to the national forecaster, Ireland will see little sun over the coming days, with conditions expected to be even worse over the weekend.
The only glimmer of hope is that milder temperatures might return by the following week, but this is yet uncertain.
