Met Eireann is today warning of very heavy rain across Ireland this weekend, with colder weather once again by midweek.
According to the national forecaster, today, Saturday, will be a rather dull and wet day, with plenty rain across the country.
Tomorrow, Sunday, will be somewhat drier, with a few sunny spells.
The outlook if for the weather to change for the worse by the middle of the coming week.
