Met Eireann is today warning of very unsettled weather conditions this week, but mild conditions expected by the weekend.
According to the national forecaster, Ireland will experience widespread rain and possibly thunderstorms at times over the coming days, with highest temperatures reaching the high teens at best.
The current outlook is for milder weather by the weekend, with thermometers rising to low 20s.
