Met Eireann has warned of very unsettled weather over the coming weekend, advising of the possibility of hail and thunderstorms at times.
Saturday morning and early afternoon will be relatively dry, but rain will move in then and stay on through Wednesday.
The good news is that early predictions appear to show high pressure building up, so conditions should improve from Wednesday on, with finer weather forecast for the second part of the week and beyond.
