The British Met Office has said that this New Year’s Eve will be the warmest on record in the UK, with temperatures reaching 15.8C.
The previous record was set on December 31st 2011, when a temperature of 14.8C was recorded in Wales.
According to the Met Office, the first few days of 2022 will be rather unsettled weather wise, but unseasonably mild.
