It has been revealed by the UK’s Mail on Sunday that Britain’s foreign intelligence service, MI6, is stepping up its clandestine activities in Brussels, Berlin and Paris to acquire any information that might give Prime Minister Boris Johnson an advantage in Brexit negotiations.

The move comes at the same time Prime Minister Johnson has removed British diplomats from Brussels to reemphasise the message that the UK will leave the EU on October 31st, deal or no deal.

The decision was criticised by some MI6 chiefs as many of the diplomats, were in fact, intelligence agents.

However, the UK Prime Minister remains resolute in his determination to “unshackle” British diplomacy from EU affairs.
