Tough words from the Minister of Health this morning, as he says that somebody will be sacked if the rampant problem of people in trolleys across Irish hospitals is not fixed pronto.
Mr. Varadkar expressed concern about the ongoing issue, and pondered what it would be like in the winter months.
It is perhaps little surprise that the sudden emphasis on resolving a situation that has been dire for years happens to coincide with the run-up to the general election.
