The Minister for Health Simon Harris has confirmed that the number of people in ICU with Covid-19 has fallen to 36.
In a tweet posted on Sunday, Harris said: “A further reduction in the number of people with #Covid19 in ICU in Irish hospitals today. Now stands at 36 patients.”
“There was 160 people last month! We are making really progress thanks to you. We think of all those sick & their families & those caring for them. Keep well.”
