Public anger against Irish Water and water charges is rising to new heights.
Alan Kelly’s constituency office in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, received a bomb threat this morning. It is believed a female member of staff took a phone call, and the threat was made by a woman on the line.
The threat included ‘we’ll bomb you, f***ers’.
Gardai have been notified of the event, a spokesman for Mr. Kelly has confirmed.
The female worker who took the call is said to be ‘very upset’.
Alan Kelly is the minister in charge of overseeing the implementation and inner workings of the Government’s own made unmitigated disaster, Irish Water.
