A minister has said that it’s the Government’s ‘full intention’ to allow retailers to open fully on December 1.
Minister of State for Employment Affairs and Retail Businesses, Damien English, confirmed that ‘plans are being put in place’ to reopen businesses ‘safely’ in December.
While retailers might open, it’s unclear what will happen with hair salons, cafes, bars, and other hospitality establishments.
