The two girls who went missing after taking to sea paddleboarding off the Galway coast have been found alive.
It is understood that the two people involved, aged 17 and 23 respectively, spent up to 15h in the water. When found, they were clinging to a lobster pot.
Authorities say that the girls were taken to hospital as a precaution, but there are no concerns about their health.
