Mixed reactions to people possibly needing THREE covid jabs to travel abroad in 2022 as vaccine passport changes could be on the horizon

There has been a very mixed reaction to people possibly needing further vaccines to be able to travel abroad from next summer.

People hoping to go on holiday abroad in summer 2022 may need three Covid vaccines to travel as the vaccination passport system changes.

However, booster vaccines for those under 50 are not expected to be available until long after Christmas, according to a UK government, which could see the European digital cert being updated too.

A member of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) said more progress is needed for people already eligible for the third vaccine before the rollout is extended but that changes to the vaccination record system were coming and will be in place for next summer.
