The beginning of the working week is going to be miserable, weather wise at least, as the remnants of Storm Sebastien hit Ireland.
There were outbreaks of rain this morning as the country returned to work, with temperatures above average for the time of year.
Monday will remain dull and wet, with highs of 12C likely at times.
Heavy rain will spread northwards throughout Tuesday morning, with some heavy downpours possible at times, and strong, southerly winds.
Tuesday will remain rather mild for late November, but cold and frosty weather will return on Wednesday, with lows of -2C likely at night.
