8-yr-old Adam Gilmour was knocked down and killed on his way to school yesterday.
He was struck by a car with his five siblings and mother, Susan Hanna.
The horrific accident occurred as the family were walking to school on a country road near the village of Cloughmills in Antrim.
The boys mother had pleaded to get a school bus for the route as she feared her family would be ‘wiped out’. Tragically that came to pass yesterday.
An 18-yr-old man was arrested at the scene.
