A motorcyclist in his 70s sadly lost his life after a road accident in Co Tipperary.
A car and a motorcycle collided at Cloone Cross, Templemore, Co Tipperary at around 11.55am on Wednesday morning.
A male motorcyclist was seriously injured and was rushed to University Hospital in Limerick, where he passed away last night.
Nobody else was injured in the accident.
