After a number of calls the much hated JobBridge scheme could be scrapped within the next month.
The news comes after the Minister for Social Protection Leo Varadkar has said that he will be announcing plans for a replacement for the scheme soon.
The scheme has been heavily criticised since its was introduced by former Tánaiste Joan Burton, with many companies claiming it takes advantage of youth unemployment.
