“Mumford & Sons” frontman Marcus Mumford has revealed that he was sexually abused when he was 6 years old.
According to the Mirror, the abuse was carried out by family and said that the abuse was “the first of a string of really unusual, unhealthy sexual experiences at a really early age.”
He described how he went to therapy in 2018 when he felt that he had hit “rock bottom”, and said that he had been physically sick during the sessions when he was discussing the abuse.
The singer has received lots of support from members of the public who have said they admire his courage in talking about the abuse he suffered.
